Calibration is a required maintenance appointment where we service your ignition interlock device, download data, and ensure it continues to function accurately and in compliance with state regulations.

How Often Do I Need Calibration?
Calibration is typically required every 30-45 days, depending on your state requirements and the specific terms of your program.
Your device will give you advance notice (usually 5-7 days) before a calibration is due.

What Happens During Calibration?
Device Inspection
We check the device for any physical damage or tampering and ensure all connections are secure. (You must bring your vehicle, not just the device)
Data Download
We download all recorded data from your device, including test results and any alerts or violations.
Recalibration
The device is recalibrated to ensure it continues to measure alcohol levels accurately.
Typical Appointment Time: 15-20 minutes
